Do
At Fusion Sydney North, we believe that everyone can be part of creating the community that young people need to thrive.
With 65 years of experience helping young people find their place and purpose, we know that it takes the transformation of a whole community to provide all that is needed to support, mentor and empower the next generation.
Our programs and activities are founded on the belief that every person matters and has a unique purpose. We foster welcoming and encouraging communities, offering opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to challenge themselves to grow within a safe and nurturing environment.
Community
Centre Programs
The Fusion Community Centre in Jersey Street is a hub of connection and community for people of all ages.
Weekly programs include Exercise for Seniors, Friday Mahjong, the Food Relief Hamper Program and more.
Other groups and not-for-profit organisations, are encouraged to hire the space to deliver their outreach activities, programs and services in Hornsby.

Op Shop
At the Fusion Op Shop, “We’re for People, Not for Profit”!
Our team of volunteers is committed to creating a place of warmth and hospitality, all while providing locals with inexpensive clothing and household items and raising vital funds to support Fusion’s work in the Hornsby community.
Food Relief
Hamper Program
Fusion’s Food Relief Program emerged as a response to the challenges facing the community during the Covid 19 pandemic.
We continue to offer short term support to individuals and families who are struggling with the cost of groceries.

For more than 25 years, Fusion’s Families Course has been transforming the ways families connect and engage with each other.
Empowering parents and carers with the practical skills they need to build the family they long for, the Families Course is available as a self-paced online course or can be delivered face to face your group, church or organization.
